This site was designed by a CPA to assist taxpayers in keeping track of income tax records that ultimately are used to prepare the annual US income tax return.

The goal of the site is to assist the taxpayer in gathering tax receipts throughout the year, scan the documents, upload them to the website, classify them, and at the end of the year export them to their accountant or popular programs such as TaxCut or TurboTax.

If used properly the site will allow you to gather and record all your tax-deductible receipts all year round and pretty much have your tax return done by the end of the year.

In the event of an IRS audit, this is the only site that will allow you to retrieve all the supporting receipts with a click of the mouse instead of frantically ruffling through a shoebox full of tax receipts.

Not comfortable scanning all your receipts? The site has a “Backup” page which allows you to back-up or download ALL the receipts you scanned to the site for the specific purpose of allowing you to have the peace of mind that you also have another off-site backup of your records.

Another unique feature is the Report and Export pages, which allow you to see a report of your deductible expenses and export the data to popular tax preparation software such as TaxCut and Turbo Tax. With one click of the mouse, all the data is saved into a file that can be imported by TaxCut or Turbo Tax. So not only are you gathering your tax records, you are also preparing your tax return!
